Our Children's Posters - a Hit at Martin Luther King Parade
|

|
On January 19, 2009, six of us marched in the Martin Luther King parade in Fort Lauderdale. We proudly carried posters colored by our children and our banner. One onlooker so admired one of our children's hand-colored posters that we gave it to him. On the 1.3-mile parade route between Martin Luther King Elementary School & Dillard High School, we handed out candy and smiled and waved at the crowds.
